About Novacura

Founded in 2005 on one question: why should businesses adapt to a static ERP system, instead of the other way around?

Novacura was founded in February 2005, when our founders set out to answer a simple question: why should companies adapt their business to a rigid ERP system, instead of getting an efficient solution built around how they actually work? That question still drives us today. Instead of building one tool that tries to manage everything, we focus on helping businesses get more out of the ERP they already run — putting business processes first, and making the technology fit the process, not the other way around.

From a single office outside Gothenburg, Sweden, we've grown organically into 16 offices across 10 countries on 3 continents — because our customers keep seeing the same result, year after year: an ERP that adapts to change instead of blocking it.
