Make sense of large datasets from your ERP
Two new native services are being introduced: Flow Data Assistant (categorize, translate, harmonize, clean data) and Flow Data Analysis (query and analyze data from any ERP, database, or machine). Combine them with standard Flow logic steps in one workflow.
Example from the session
- Duplicate parts detection: Data Assistant normalizes the parts data, Data Analysis identifies probable duplicates, Flow surfaces suggestions for a human to evaluate and act on.

Turn unstructured documents and images into ERP data
Connect Azure Document Intelligence or a vision AI model to Flow to extract structured data from PDFs and images. Standard Flow workflows handle the rest.
Examples from the session
- Supplier invoice automation: PDF in, correct postings and approval routing in IFS.
- Quality assurance: vision AI detects production defects and triggers a workflow action when an issue is found.

AI that understands intent and drives the workflow
A Flow app loops between the user and an LLM until the AI has understood the intent and collected all required parameters - then routes to the right workflow step to execute it.
Live demos from the session
- Service request agent: single AI call fills a form and creates a request in IFS.
- Shop floor agent (live): user speaks what they want to do, AI gathers missing inputs, Flow fetches operations from IFS - triggering a non-conformance report when values are out of spec.
