We are delighted to extend our invitation to this year’s user conference, taking place on September 18-19 at Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Starting at 10:00 AM on September 18th, this event offers a special chance to connect with other customers, interact with the Novacura team, and meet our Flow implementation partners.

Responding to your input, this conference will feature a dynamic mix of customer use cases, Flow updates, practical tips, and a diverse selection of sessions.

What's on the conference agenda?

DAY 1 (18/09/24)

9:30-10:00 Registration opens

A warm welcome awaits you at the marble desk on the entrance floor.

10:00-10:05: Conference opening

Welcome remarks and a quick presentation of the event plan.

10:05-10:25: Low-code market trends and how Novacura Flow reflects them

An interview with our CEO, Johan Melander. We are going to touch key market trends observed for low-code tools (such as AI, process data mining) and we will try to answer the question about the future of Novacura Flow in the context of these trends.

10:25-11:05: Novacura Flow Connect – Demo of the New features and future capabilities

We will begin the presentation by highlighting the key foundations of our new product – Flow Connect. A brief introduction to Flow Hub will follow, where we will outline the organization of the application development process within our platform’s new architecture. We are going to live-demo Flow Connect and present the newest features (also from the end-user perspective). Finally, we will present our future development plans, including the roadmap and upcoming innovative features.

11:20-12:00: Flow – Customer Cases

12:00-12:30: Novacura Flow as a versatile tool: where else can you use it

We are going to summarize various cases where Novacura Flow has been successfully implemented for our customers. We plan to take a closer look at: Invoices processing, Returnable packaging management, Integration with AI Services, Machinery integration with OPCUA, Surveys management and more…

12:30-13:00: Flow Classic Practical Workshop – tips, tricks, Flow

In this presentation we are going to show some tips & tricks for Flow.
We are going to put emphasis on the latest Flow 6.15 capabilities, such as:
– Use a REST service with Flow
– Map portlet configuration & use
– New Flow script functions (group by and join)
– New Debugger
– Image annotations

14:00-14:30: Flow User Interface (UI) – proposed improvements & user feedback

Many of the UI changes are driven by the feedback we receive from customers. We would like to present how we respond to customer input. We would present: already implemented improvements, features currently under development, and future visions. We would like to collect customers’ feedback on some of the proposed concepts and ask about the other required features.

14:30-15:15: Portal – Practical workshop, “Let’s build an interactive dashboard within 45 minutes”

During the presentation we are going to build a complex portal dashboard live. We are going to show various portlets, interaction with backend systems, invocation of Flows to process the data. This is a demonstrative session to show the potential of Portal and to show how quickly you can build applications when you have experience with Portal.

16:00-16:30: Customer case – Successful migration from Flow 6 to Flow Connect!

A presentation by our customer, KLN.

We will talk about the successful upgrade from Flow 6 to Flow Connect. We will summarize how KLN prepared for this journey, what steps were done during the migration and what is an overall evaluation of the new system after a few months of using it.

16:30-17:00: Novacura Flow Connect – Let’s migrate an app from Flow 6!

During this session we are going to migrate an example application from Flow Classic (6.15) to Flow Connect. We will focus on the key differences between two product versions and on exceptions that must be handled manually. We will also present the typical migration path in the form of a practical checklist.

INFOR M3 TRACK

9:00-9:30: Live demo of an app using AI services to streamline inbound delivery process for Infor M3

During this session we are going to present the lastly prepared applications for Infor M3. We will also provide a broader perspective by unveiling our roadmap for upcoming marketplace applications. We would like to collect feedback from the participants on the presented roadmap and let them help us prioritize our future releases.

9:30-10:15: Customer case

IFS TRACK

9:00-9:30: Our practical experience from IFS Cloud Upgrade projects

In this presentation we will share our experience from our successful IFS Cloud upgrade projects. We would like to present the most common challenges customers face on that journey, and how we help the customers manage them. We are going to present Novacura upgrade methodology that addresses the common problems, making the upgrade project much easier to conduct.

9:30-10:15: The future of the marketplace – applications for IFS

In this presentation we will showcase the proposed roadmap for Marketplace applications. We would like to ask our customers for feedback on the most wanted apps, to confirm or calibrate the selected priorities.

10:45-11:25: Customer case – Transitioning to Novacura Flow: A 2-3 Year Journey

A presentation by our customer, Vedum Kök & Bad.

Discover how we replaced legacy production systems with Novacura Flow, enhancing efficiency and innovation over a 2-3 year project.

11:25-11:45: How to upgrade to Flow Connect – upgrade path explanation, how to start

We would like to explain the upgrade path to Flow Connect. We would like to present in which steps the customer can rely on Novacura, to make the migration seamless without consuming too much time on the customer end. We will also quickly explain the first steps and present the foundations of the “upgrade companion tool” – a tool that helps us evaluate customer’s readiness for the upgrade.

11:45-12:45: Panel discussion with our experts – Customers ask, we respond!

During this session we will bring our experts on stage (Flow Connect, Technology, Business solutions, UX, ERP, Sales) and we will encourage the customers and partners to ask questions. We will do our best to address them live.

12:45-13:00: Surveys
